Terms & Conditions
The rules of the road when you use our website, SwarnApp or any other service from The Thiinker.
1Acceptance of terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and The Thiinker. We may update them from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
2Use of services
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in line with the documentation we provide. You will not:
- Misuse, copy, reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass any part of our software.
- Use the services to store or transmit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the services.
3Accounts & access
If your subscription requires an account, you're responsible for keeping login credentials safe. Don't share them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access if Terms are breached.
4Intellectual property
All software, source code, designs, logos, content and trademarks on this website and in our products belong to The Thiinker (or our licensors). You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our services as agreed — nothing more is granted.
Your business data, content and inputs remain yours. We don't claim ownership over what you put into our software.
5Payments & billing
- Fees are as agreed in your quote, invoice or subscription plan.
- Unless otherwise stated, payments are due in advance.
- All taxes (including GST) are extra and as applicable.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services until cleared.
6Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep our services reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Thiinker is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (loss of profit, data or goodwill) arising from use of our services. Total liability in any case is limited to fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
7Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, or use of the services poses a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends — but provisions on IP, liability and governing law continue.
8Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
