Clear, upfront rules about payments, refunds and cancellations at The Thiinker.
Refunds are not provided for any product, subscription or service unless it has been explicitly agreed in writing with our team. By making a payment to The Thiinker, you confirm you have read and accepted this policy.
1The short version
We're a small, transparent team — we'd rather have an honest conversation before payment than disputes after. So our default position is simple:
- All sales, subscriptions, setup fees and custom development charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only considered if specifically discussed and agreed with our team in writing (email or signed agreement).
- If something doesn't feel right before you pay — call us. We will gladly walk you through demos, scope and pricing.
2What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to The Thiinker, including:
- SwarnApp subscriptions, setup fees and add-on charges.
- Custom software development charges, milestone payments and retainers.
- Training, onboarding, data migration and support charges.
- Any advance payments or deposits.
3When a refund may be considered
We may agree to a partial or full refund only in cases where:
- An explicit refund clause is part of your signed quote, agreement or invoice.
- Our team has confirmed eligibility for a refund in writing (email from an official @thethiinker.com address).
- The payment was made by error (duplicate charge, wrong amount) and reported to us within 7 days.
4How to request a refund
If your case meets the conditions above:
- Email info@thethiinker.com with your invoice number, payment details and the specific written agreement or clause you are referring to.
- Our team will review the request within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10–14 working days of approval.
5Cancellation
You can stop using or renewing any subscription anytime by writing to us. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Access to the service continues until the end of the paid period.
